Background
I am a marathon running Realtor, Disney loving Mom and Wife. I live and work in Ann Arbor and wouldn't have it any other way. I think Ann Arbor is the best place to live, work, play, raise a family and retire. I want to show you what Ann Arbor has to offer and what it makes it so special.
My clients are students, parents, singles, couples, partners and groups, they are CEOs and Relo's and investors as well as empty nesters. They are smart and quiet, loud and active, curious and adventurous. They buy big homes, small homes, condos and vacant land. They buy first homes, investment homes, second or third homes and retirement homes.
I have been a licensed Realtor for 17 years.
Three years ago I became a certified short sale and foreclosure specialist which allowed me to assist my clients through difficult real estate transactions whether as purchasers or sellers.
I have many clients who live out of the state and buy and maintain rental properties here in Ann Arbor.
I really enjoy relocation clients because I get to show them all that Ann Arbor has to offer and get them excited about their upcoming move, which in some cases, may not be by choice.
And, lastly, I love working with Ann Arborites like myself. I love moving them to a bigger house, smaller house or a different neighborhood!
I have years of experience in selling homes but it is the relationships I have made and continue to make that give me the wealth of knowledge and passion that I have in the real estate business.
