My passion for real estate began after graduating from college in 1993 with an engineering degree and continuing beyond 1995 when I earned a Masters degree in civil engineering.  I began working with a consulting engineering company as a civil engineer and was responsible for numerous residential subdivision designs.  My design work included lot subdivision, plats of subdivision/survey, lot and street layout, sewer and drainage design, and final subdivision grading. I worked as a civil engineer for 5 years until pursuing another passion in 1998, aviation.  I then joined the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in 1998 as an airport engineer and have helped fund, develop and expand numerous airports in the Midwest.  I continue to enjoy my dual path career of aviation and real estate.
