We grew up in the San Gabriel Valley ,have raised our family in San Gabriel Valley. We know the area. The following cities, to name a few ,are cities around my office and I represent clients : Glendora, Monrovia, Arcadia, Duarte, San Dimas, La Verne, Rancho Cucamonga, Covina, West Covina, Pomona, and the  Orange County Beach areas,San Bernardino Mountains and everywhere inbetween.

Since starting my business in 1985 , I have seen the ups and downs of the real estate market. The interest rates at 13.5 % in 1985 to the lowest interest rates of 2.5% and now closer to 6%. Seller's markets to buyer's markets, bank owned properties and unfortunaltely short sales. My clients have been estates selling the family  home in probate and husband and wives selling their home due to a divorce. There is a buyer for every home in any market.

We have  volunteered  our time with the Glendora School District PTA as  PTA President, Vice Presidents in several schools, Fundraising chairman, membership chairman, Glendora Council PTA as 1ST Vice President. Glendora High School Football Boosters Rep.and  with San Gabriel Elite Volleyball club as a  Team Mother.

We love to help our clients find their dream homes and to find a home that suits their needs at that time. Our clients have become our friends. We work together from negotiating to the day they move into their new home. We keep up with their grwoing families, changes, deaths andeveryday lives,etc.
