 Betty Jane Evans is a licensed auctioner and a member of the National Auctioneers Association.  Only seven percent of the auctioneers in the United States are women.  Mrs Evans has completed the National Auctioneers Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate three-part program in addition to the Graduate Personal Property Appraiser Program. She holds Certification Number 59 for the National Auctioneers Association Graduate Personal Property Appraiser Master Program. She is one of less than 300 people who have earned the Certified Estate Specialist designation and is USPAP compliant.  This is the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices designation, recognized by the American Society of Appraisers relative to the appraising of personal property and accepted by State and Federal court relative to the conduct of professional appraisal for courtroom use.

 Mrs. Evans is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate.  She is an Auctioneer/Master Personal Property Appraiser with Abal Auction Real Estate.  She has conducted and sold auctions of residential, commercial and raw land relative to the real estate field.  In addition, Mrs. Evans conducts traditional real estate sales and represents both sellers and buyers in residential, commercial and raw land sales.
