I am a widow, with two beautiful children.  They are good children that care about people and very respectful.  We love jesus. I introduce these kids to God when they was very young and it makes a different in their lives.  I am family oriented. My motto is if a stranger or neighbor comes to your house and states that they are "hungry" and you only have one slice of bread-break in half.  Give one half away. I believe in giving and sharing.  Don't allow any one be hungry. There are lots of families that are hungry!  We need a health Care program.  I am friendly and caring. I want you the consumer or customer to be happy. I will work long hours to meet your needs.  I been in real estate industry since 1989.  I have a degree in Community health education.

Certifications

+My specific areas of expertise are first time home buyers, buyers, sellers, resales, and new home constructions. I have a wealth of information to share that I have learned from many years working in different markets- How to stage a home for showing, gardening, curb appeal, and getting the home right for showing . Community resource - is very important. When you are buying or selling a home it is importance to know what is in your community. Ask your self a question. Does this community  meet the needs of my family?  When you buy a home you are aslo buying the community.  First time home buyer  needs a realtor that are going to walk them through the home buying process.  Education about homes, financial, and preparations on how to keep the home.   Sellers-getting the highest price and marketing your home using social media, open housing, staging, curb appeal improvement, and using the community resource as a selling point. Knowledgeable about internal structure of the home and how to get buyer mentally place in the home and help them to develope visions to make improvement or changes to address theirs needs to get the home sold.  Always hire a home inspector that is insurded, and certified by the state.  I can offer suggesting in what needs special attention  to be inspected for resale and new constructions.  New construction homes swells and have nails that push out. Molecules cause the house to expand.  Therefore, new homes can have flaws.
