Meet Colleen

If you´ve ever met Colleen Barlow, then you know that she is passionate about everything she does. Whether it´s chartering a sailboat in the Caribbean with her two sons, Josh and Justin,   SCUBA diving the world´s oceans, or diving into real estate she  gives it her all. 

Colleen has lived in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area since her family moved to Potomac in 1972.  She attended the University of Maryland and has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Information Systems.  Colleen was first licensed and practiced real estate in Great Falls, Virginia 17 years ago. 

When Colleen isn´t helping clients find the perfect home in a sea of possibilities, she´s nesting in her own home in Potomac, where she enjoys spending time with her sons. She likes giving back to her community and works with several community organizations including Make-a-Wish, Interfaith Community Ministries, The Relief Society, Community Ministries of Montgomery County,  Sophia House for Homeless Women, Kranke Emergency Shelter, Rising Star Outreach in India, National Kidney Foundation, Arranging Computer Donations from Corporations to Public Schools and Special Olympics.  She also volunteers her time teaching people how to prepare for emergencies.  She chairs a bi-yearly fair for the community to encourage people to get prepared for the unexpected, working with Montgomery County's Homeland Security Team, Montgomery County's Fire & Rescue Department, the American Red Cross, and a host of other community organizations.
