I became a Virtual Assistant after years of doing things I liked but not loved.  As a Virtual Assistant, I am able to combine all of my career passions into one business.  I love what I do and I'm committed to providing the best service I can.   I have continued my education as I find classes that will satisfy my client's business needs.  I am certified with eProspecting, Imprev and I've attended company training by Top Producer   In 2006, I received a Web Design Certification from California State University San Marcos.  Early in my career, I was very fortunate to work with a large company that's primary goal was Customer Satisfaction.  I learned so much about Customer Service and going the extra mile.  Today, I've incorporated these valuable lessons into my daily work ethic. 

I am a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I have years of experience in both profit and non-profit businesses. I have specialized in several areas of business including Customer Service, Marketing and Sales.  I've been a Virtual Assistant since 2003.  Since 2003, I've supported some of the top producing Real Estate agents in the United States.  

I am a member of many Virtual Assistant organizations.  I am very active with REVA Network.  REVA Network is a free membership organization designed to assist Realtors and Virtual Assistants keep connected.  I've achieved PREVA (Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant) with REVA Network.  I achieved this status with my extensive experience as a  Real Estate Virtual Assistant.   In addition, I am a member of IVAA (International Virtual Assistant Association) and I am certified CRESS, with IVAA. 

I am a certified Virtual Assistant in several software programs.  The marketing software program Imprev, the drip email campaign software eProspecting and the web software Agency Login.  I've completed training with many other software and web design programs.
