Danielle Raymond, owner of Clever Arrangements, resides in the Frederick, Maryland area. Upon graduation from the University of Arizona and graduate studies at the University of Maryland, she established a career in marketing and public relations for the non-profit sector. Six years later, Danielle has decided to combine her marketing and relationship building skills with her passion for making attractive living spaces.

She realized there was a need for someone with her unique combination of talents in the real estate market when she was able to reduce the list to contract time on her own property from the local market average of 90 days to selling in only 9 days by using staging and room redesign techniques.

Danielle is a home staging and redesigning professional who received her training from Audra Slinkey, President of Home Staging Resource, and has the designation of HSR Certified Professional Home Stager. She is also an active member of her local chapter for the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners.
