Dave has many strengths, though listed here not in order of importance:
Communication and explanation of both strengths and weaknesses of a given property. Diagnosing specific problems. Water is the killer of houses, inside and out. Through the use of moisture metering, water issues can be evaluated and looked at with a determined focus. General understanding of building techniques, proper methods of practice, materials usage and renovation consultations. People skills. Desire to learn and extensive, ongoing reading. Dave accomplishes at least 24 hours of continuing education each year. We cannot get enough information! Certified master inspector.
