Clara Doss is a licensed REALTOR® and a native of the Nashua area, spending 27 years in Londonderry before moving to Amherst with her husband. Clara was a Sales Director for new homes with a premier builder in the Nashua, Manchester area. Prior to joining Sousa Realty, Clara worked at another agency and was #5 out of 60 agents.She will be the managing agent for a new gated community for 55+ with 100 homes located in Hudson, NH Before entering the real estate profession Clara enjoyed a successful career as director of the Boston with a major airline carrier for over 30 years prior to beginning her career in real estate.

Clara has been successful throughout her career and has held leadership positions that were a result of her responsiveness to her employees and customers, her integrity, attention to detail, and her innovative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution. As the Director of In-Flight Service in Boston, she was responsible for more than 1,200 Flight Attendants and an administrative team of 24 managers and supervisors. Clara's overall responsibility was to ensure excellent customer service and safety by her team to the public.
