I have recently joined the team at Your Real Estate co. as a

Maine Real Estate Sales Agent.

I passed my Real Estate at the end of 2010 and started working in the office in February of 2011, so although new to Real Estate Sales, I spent 4 years representing buyers as a mortgage loan officer.  As a loan officer, I spent much of my time networking and it paid off.  About 3 months into originating, I had a steady stream of clientele that were all referral based.  I made sure that I treated each and every client well, including answering my phone 7 days a week morning and night.  I ventured off after two years in the business to my own company.  Though I had 3 loan officers and an administrative assistant, I was carrying the company and was the only steady producer. When the economy changed and we lost a lot of banks, I was too small to stay competitive.  I opted out at that time and stayed home with the kids, having a little boy in 2009.

I had been thinking about real estate for awhile and I decided to take the class while pregnant for my son and a few months ago took the state and national tests.  I joined Donna Roberts at Your Real Estate co. because I had worked with her many times while originating mortgages and while were were having it rough, she helped me with the short sale of my condo and did an excellent job.  She had also mentioned to me several times that if I decided to venture into Real Estate that she would love to have me join her company.   So although technically new to Real Estate, I have several years very close to this business working with buyers and having originated many loans in this community, I have a deep understanding of what goes into the financing side as well.  I also have excellent relationships with local banks and mortgage loan officers for different financing avenues.  I have over 15 years in customer service.  I know what it takes to treat a customer/client right and not only retain them but to have them refer me to their circles of friends and family.
