Get to Know Carl Boutte
Carl obtained his California Real Estate Brokers License in 1980. He is a Senior Real Estate Specialist - SRES®, a designation that identifies him as a Realtor® that is qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans and USA home buyers and sellers.
Carl is a disabled Veteran and served 12 months in the peoples republic of Vietnam during 1968 - 1969.
He graduated from California State University - Fresno, with a BS Degree in Industrial Technology - Electrical and Electronic Emphasis. Also, he has his Master of Science (MS) Degree from Golden Gate University - San Francisco. He attended Modesto Jr. College, where he obtained his AS Degree in Electronics Technology and completed his college level courses to become a Real Estate Broker.
Carl enjoys using his real estate skill to assist people of all ages, and walks of life, in meeting their real estate and investment needs and desires.
Carl has been a resident of the central valley most of his life. He spent a good part of his early years, with his parents on a farm (located in Stevinson, south of Turlock) where they raised cattle and had a small dairy business. Carl enjoys the great fishing in the Stockton Delta and surrounding area.
