Banking has been my life. I was a loan officer for a bank in the Lawrence community for 14 years. Since 2001, I have been a mortgage broker.
American Direct Mortgage's home office is located in Topeka, Kansas. We are a very experienced group of professionals that work hard to find the best loan for your buyer's needs. We keep in mind that the seller wants to sell their property, so they can quickly move on to their ventures.
I have lived in Lawrence since 1986. I was raised 20 miles from Lawrence in a small town, Oskaloosa, Kansas. So the area, both rural and surburban, are very familiar to me. Also have many contacts by living, doing business, and being very involved in the community.
Being very motivated, I like to get the loans closed, with as little disruption as possible with the seller, buyer, and realtor. With all my experience, I can help the realtor to keep focused on selling.
The customer is my first concern, and I will provide a professional and excellent service for them, based on all my experience.
Very customer service oriented. Will go beyond the call of duty to help make the realtor and borrower feel comfortable, by knowing that I will get the job done.
Knowing many different loan programs and having the ability to analyze what loan program and lender to use as well as being able to explain to the borrower in layman terms.
VA and FHA loans are my specialty. Pre-qualifications are available within a few hours.
With phones, email and fax machines having made lending much easier. we can utilize all to make the selling or borrowing process very convenient and expedite our service to the customer.
