I also list Spokane Foreclosures for Bank of America, Chase, Carrington, Nationstar, and several other banks. I started Spokane Foreclosure Tours, taking people through 5-6 foreclosed homes on Saturdays mornings, in a relaxed, casual environment.  We have been featured on all of the local news channels as well as in the Spokesman-Review Newspaper. 

We have also helped many Spokane Homeowners who owe more than their houses are worth and need to do a Short Sale on their Spokane home.  We have successfully negotiated short sales with every major bank and many smaller banks, even when there was more than one mortgage or IRS and other liens on the property.
