Honesty and communication with a client are the first most important factors of service. Generally a  realtor is the first point of contact in the home buying/selling process. That Realtor should be able to listen to their client and advise them carefully towards their wants, needs and affordability and direct them appropriately. Therefore I have built a team consisting of lenders, title and escrow teams, repair people and more based on hard work, ethics, honesty and tenacity to secure a solid transaction on a buyer or seller side.

Christy is a full time sales agent with over 18 years of experience in the business. Christy was first involved in real estate as a typist and escrow and title assistant for a local title company. As an opportunist, she obtained her real estate license in 2007 and became a full time real estate agent. She has accelerated her knowledge and experience in the field with roles in leadership with her local board, serving as 2019 Local Director and will serve the 2020 year as Vice President Elect for the Caldwell Board of Directors. Christy is a Top Producer and has also earned several designations and awards as well as serving a role as a mentor to others in the field. Christy is a strong supporter of community and family involvement and will take on the tasks and roles necessary to build strong relationships in areas of necessity for positive growth. Her emphasis is in residential resale and new construction.
