Chris has been in Real Estate full time since 1986. He specialized in Luxury Home appraisals starting in 1988 and continues through today. He has been Director of Luxury Sales since 2008 and holds the SRA(Appraisal Institute), CRP(Employee Relocation Council), and SRS designations and has sat on the board of the local Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Chris has taken part in over a billion dollars in luxury real estate transactions and brings a knowledge of the Real Estate market unsurpassed in the area.
BJ has been in Real Estate sales since 1987 and is currently an Associate Broker. She started her career with Sothebys and has been a designated broker. She holds the ABR, SRS, & CSSN designations and has unsurpassed knowledge of Arizona Real Estate law. With over 45 years combined Real Estate experience, we stand by ready to aid in our customer's purchase or selling decisions. The market has changed over the past several years and there are still some values for purchase in this market.
