I have been in the mortgage banking industry for over 20 years.  I have built my business and reputation on being knowledgeable about our industry and being honest with everyone that I work with.  In today's world buyers need to be educated about what is the biggest investment they might ever make and too many people rush them through the process.  Ensuring that my clients understand the process from day one is my top priority.  I also believe that loans should close on time.  Setting expectations upfront is key.  My business is built on customer referrals - past clients, friends and local professionals. 

I have seen this business from the ground up.  I started my career as an input clerk and worked way up to management.  I was an underwriter for a bank for many years and have experience in both conventional and FHA underwriting.  My solid education in this industry has helped me and my clients to work through the processes.  My underwriting background allows me to look at a loan file and know what needs to be done to get the loan closed.  I can also tell my clients when it will not work.  I would rather tell a client upfront that we have a challenge than wait for 30 days and tell you it is denied.
