About The Christian Group
The Christian Group, a team within Fort Worth's Keller Williams Realty, Inga Dow Inc., was established by Bernie and Terri Christian back in 2004. Today the team has 7 agents and an Executive Assistant. Terri has a brokers license and both she and Bernie have the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. They also started the Luxury Home Division in the Fort Worth Keller Williams Office and were on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council for several years. As the Chair of the Luxury Division in Fort Worth, Bernie has grown The Luxury Division to where it is now the second largest in the DFW metroplex. Both Bernie and Terri combine their efforts to provide top notch consulting, listing and home sales service to buyers and sellers. Terri and I mostly list properties due to the high volume of properties we market. Because we spend more time listing properties than actually showing them, we have become very, very good at marketing homes and selling them to potential buyers. We think this is of high value to people who want nothing but the absolute best and can distinguish between a general real estate agent and people like us who focus on hyper marketing homes for the fastest sale at the highest price.

| We listed our home with Terri and because she advised us honestly as to what the market would allow our house sold quickly. She was right not to let us talk her into inflating the asking price and it sold for exactly what she said it was worth. We appreciate her knowledge in the changing market, it was our goal to sell quickly and she came through for us.
