Earning the Master Certified New Home Sales Professional (MCSP) Designation provides me with more knowledge to help Buyers with the process of buying a brand new home. I am currently the Onsite Agent at a new home community in Lancaster County, PA, known as Summer Breeze. Earning the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) Designation, Certified Residential Specalist (CRS) Designation and Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) Designation allow me to represent Buyers and Sellers with the utmost in professional care. Earning the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP™) Designation allows me to offer Staging as a valuable marketing tool for Sellers to sell their home quicker and for a higher price. Earning the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation allows me to better serve the senior population and help them with the details of selling a home that they may have lived in for many, many years and helping them find a home that will better suit their changing needs.
