Palisade Realty is unique because of our close relationship with a top law firm in San Diego. Experience and Education I have an extensive background in sales including, retail and real estate. I love to work with people to find their new homes and use their existing home as a tool to get into their dream home. My work in the past few years in managing real estate offices has given me an even bigger grasp and knowledge of the San Diego Real Estate Market. I am continually seeking on-going education and coaching to help me keep my skills and knowledge at the top of my game. I want to ensure that my clients always receive the most up to date real estate information. I study in all other areas of living and I love to share with my clients anything that relates to their interests. My daughter calls it being a professional student, I call it my passion... A little bit about me I am a native of the midwest and transplanted here to San Diego 10 years ago and never looked back! I love my midwestern upbringing from my southern and midwestern parents. It gave me my work ethic and caring that I cherish and share in my career and with my clients and friends. I live in San Diego with my husband of 8 years and my children Erin and Jamie who are both students at UCSD. We share our home with lots of animals. 3 dogs,3 cats and a ton of fish to be exact. So it is never boring at our home! I love to spend time with good friends and family in whatever we do. I love relaxing with a good book and a chai tea on the rare occasions that I can spend a few minutes with me :)
I am currently working on residential sales and doing work specific to today's market needs, especially short sales. I have short sale expertise and have systems in place to get a large number of them to closing. In addition to my own real estate business I have also processed and negotiated short sales for other agents in San Diego. I have great success in getting them through and it is a great asset to my own real estate clients to know that I have the experience in a field that is so foreign and confusing to most agents. My team and I at Palisade Realty also specialize in commercial and investment sales and leasing.
