Having been a general contractor the field of home inspection comes as a natural transition for me. After years of fixing this, building that and remodeling homes I know how it should be done and what problems can occur. From first hand experience I can ascertain how serious the problem can be and what should be done about it. My biggest problem is fighting the urge to pick up a hammer and fix a fault that I've just seen. I enjoy sharing knowledge and information with my clients. I tell it like it is, if it's serious I'll tell you and if it's minor I'll relay that too. You will find me to be efficient, friendly and trustworthy.I have taken the Carson & Dunlop Home Inspection Training course which is recognized across North America and is rated as the premiere course for home inspection. My grade average was 92 percent.
