I bring convenience and simplicity to the loan process for my clients. 

For Buyers:  Before placing an offer to purchase a property, I go the extra step to have the loan file underwritten (going beyond the pre-qualified or pre-approved stage, to the conditional approval).  For the buyer and their agent, this means that before an offer is presented and accepted, the buyer knows that they will be able to fulfill ALL the underwriting conditions.  Going this extra step allows the client to focus on the issues involved in the contract negotiations and preparing to move, rather than stressing about their loan.  More importantly, the client knows what type of loan, interest rate and closing costs to expect when they sit down to sign docs.  My goal is NO SURPRISES.

For Refinancing Homeowners:  For new clients, I get all the information necessary to provde them with a legitimate rate quote.  Often homeowners think by calling around and choosing the lowest rate quoted they will get the best deal, not realizing there is more to pricing a loan than just a quick call asking, "What's your rate?"  What my most loyal clients appreciate about working with me is they know I'm completely upfront and truthful with them (again, NO SURPRISES when signing loan documents) and that I will be calling them when the timing is right for them to refinance.   No more shopping around for the best rate and hoping their timing is right.  They have a loan officer that is looking out for their best interests financially.

Certifications

I am one of a limited number of loan officers in the county that can originate the FHA 203K loan, which is the renovation loan.  This loan includes the purchase money as well as additional funds that can be used to make repairs on homes needing rehab or remodeling.  The max loan amount is based off the  improved value of the home.  The down payment is low and can be combined with the downpayment gift programs to get a homebuyer in for a minimal amount of money.  The renovation loans are owner occupied only, but are great for homebuyers wanting to get a great deal by purchasing a REO, short sale or fixer property.

In addition to purchase and refinance loans, I also specialize in divorce, probate and intra-family transfers.  These types of loans often require interaction with the attorneys involved as well as court orders.   I have a wonderful title officer that is very experienced in these kinds of transactions to ensure all the legal requirements are met.
