Get to Know Chad Markel
I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1991 for the Tri Cities area exclusively. I work with people selling & buying Homes as well as investment properties. I managed our Residential Appraisal Division for over 17 years & became Managing Broker for our Residential Real Estate office in 2005. I enjoy hunting, fishing, & camping with my family & friends. I also enjoy yard work.
I am happily married to my High School Sweetheart & am delighted to be raising two energetic sons. The real estate & appraisal business are family owned & have been providing quality service for over 25 years. A-1 Realtor in Kennewick WA

| Chad is very accommodating and extremely helpful and has met me several times after hours to get the job done. He walked me page by page through the buyer/seller agreement and made sure I understood the contract. Chad knows a large network of people in the business (builder, architect, lenders, home inspectors) so there is nothing he cant handle. I highly recommend him !!! |

| I'm writing on behalf of myself and my brother, Joe Gaines. When Joe and I started checking into selling our parents' home we felt really overwhelmed because both of us are novices when it comes to selling/buying realty. We could not have been luckier to find Chad. He is the most patient, knowledgeable, easy going, all around good guy.
