We are a small family run company and we take every listing very seriously. The broker/owner Terry Ford has been in the business for twenty years and has worked for all the big name companies such as Weichert, Remax and Prudential as one of their top selling agents. She went out on her own because she wanted to give her clients the service they deserved and didn't want the pressure to think of everyone as numbers and dollar signs. She knows how to get a deal done and knows so much more than your average agent.

I have been an agent for several years and am working on my broker's license. My strength is not only in my knowledge of real estate but marketing as well. In my previous career I worked for large nations consumer magazines in New York city as an editor. I apply those skills to selling properties and I do everything I can to get our listings noticed on the net and around town. I even have a Master's in Publishing. I am also an excellent project manager and know how to get all the bits and pieces taken care of and a sale wrapped up.

Most of all we have strong work ethics. I know people think one agent is as good as the next and they are all liars. But that's not true. The worst thing in the world to me is to have a dissatisfied customer. That would haunt me. I want everyone I work with to be able to say, "my realtor worked hard for me and kept me informed." I still keep in touch with many of my past clients and consider several of them friends. I believe that what comes around goes around. So I try to do right by everyone I work with.

I also see how many people are taken advantage of by lazy or inexperienced realtors and I hear the horror stories. As an ex-journalist, I always want to keep my people informed and give them information that will keep them safe and ahead of the game.
