With a background in major residential constuction management for many years before entering real estate sales, I learned a great deal about what is possible, and what should be avoided at all costs. I tend to focus on what CAN work, not what doesn't. The enables me to see solutions where most others simply see obstacles.
In commercial and investment real estate, I do not limit my attention to listed properties only. In fact, over the past seven years, the MAJORITY of transactions I have successfully crafted have involve UNLISTED opportunities.
