Because my family is the central part of my life, I LOVE working with families looking to either buy or sell a home in the Cincinnati area!  I can relate first-hand to the needs that families have for space, efficiency, amenities, and value - when helping a family purchase a home, I am careful to listen to their individual needs and bring them to the active listings on the market that fit these needs.  I can also identify with the family selling a home - trying to get the most out of the sale financially with the least amount of inconvenience in the shortest possible time.  Believe me, I know how hard it is to keep your home show-ready while fixing dinner for a family of 5, running the oldest to football, keeping the middle child focused on homework, and maintaining a reasonable nap schedule for the baby!  Because I treat each of my clients as I would expect to be treated, I strive to help families through this process with their family's best interest at heart!
