Since June 1, 2008 Massachusetts Home Inspectors are required to provide their clients with a copy of the Massachusetts Home Inspector Standards of Practice and Massachusetts Home Inspector Definitions. This is about 20 pages of regulations in addition to the home inspection report. Centsable Inspection provide FREE consumer information sheets for Massachusetts consumers.
