We are a Vancouver Island company based in beautiful Nanaimo BC. and serving the Mid Island region from Lake Cowichan to Parksville/Qualicum and Port Alberni.

The Team
Our team has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate investing and includes a Mortgage Broker, Banker, Accountant, Realtors, Home Inspector, Handymen and Trades people, a Builder, and a Property Management Company. We are also linked to other investors and investing groups that connect us with suitable properties. We believe in ethical investing. We connect buyers, sellers, builders and investors by finding creative solutions to their problems and always looking for win/win outcomes.
