Chelsea Elwood is a Phoenix native - yes, they do exist!  She attended Shadow Mountain High School and after graduation continued on to Arizona State University in Tempe.  After 4 years and countless all-nighters, Chelsea graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Design (now known as the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts) with a degree in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Urban Planning.

After graduation, she would up working for a commercial real estate comapny as their marketing director specializing in Landlord representation for industrial and office properties.  She learned a lot about life, business and herself there and found an interest in real estate.  After 2 years, Chelsea broke out on her own and found a home at Keller Williams East Valley in 2012 where she has been happily helping clients buy, sell, lease and invest in residential real estate ever since. 

Chelsea specializes in selling short sales, foreclosures, bank owned properties, REOs, equity sales and flips.  She can negotiate win-win deals for her clints and help provide a smooth transaction during the sale.  While she is the local Neighborhood Expert for Power Ranch, she works in Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Cave Creek. 

These days, she lives in Power Ranch in Gilbert with the lover of her life, Kyle - a brilliant technician who works for Weller Racing in Chandler, Arizona.  In their spare time Chelsea & Kyle enjoy camping in the Arizona mountains, snowboarding, fishing, hunting, hiking, traveling and good food and drinks with friends and family on Sunday afternoons.
