I have been in and around the Real Estate Business since 1977. I first obtained my Real Estate License in 1978 while working for a Real Estate Developer, Bob Wadsworth in Houston, Texas. At the time I worked for their VP of Finance and the VP of Construction. Since then I went on to own my own business in the service industry and ultimately ended the 1980's selling & renting condos on the Corpus Christi Beach.
If you remember the 1980's in Texas it was a tough time for Real Estate...anyway I took a timeout and went into business/office management until 2000. I moved to Austin, TX, reactivated my RE license and have been selling ever since. I worked for Prudential Owens Realty for l year and then moved over to Keller Williams Realty in September of 2001. I am now working at Sky Realty, Inc.
I like to think that my area of expertise is People. Listening, assisting & guiding them to the decisions that will make them the happiest in their choices. I generally work with an equal amount of buyers as sellers...
I have sold for sellers & assisted buyers in most of the surrounding communities in and around Austin...from Elgin, to Buda & Kyle, Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Spicewood, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Taylor & Hutto, and all of Austin.
I am a member of ABOR(Austin Board of Realtors), TAR(Texas Association of Realtors), NAR(National Association of Realtors), E-Pro & ABR(Accredited Buyers Representative).
