I love the First Time Homebuyer as well as the Senior market. By "senior" I don't mean old, no way! I don't think the two have anything to do with each other. I have met some very old 30 year olds, it's all in the mind, how open you are to new experiences, and I promise that the home buying experience with me will be fun! But I take EVERY transaction seriously! As for the first time homebuyer, there is so much opportunity out there for you! There are first time home buyers loans that offer you FREE MONEY! Money for a down payment, there are programs that will get you into a home and for the first five years your payments are straight interest only, and the next 30 years is fully amortized. And I don't mean adjustable interest only, no way! This is FIXED INTEREST ONLY! Pretty cool stuff! So if you can afford $1700 a month in rent, and your credit score is at least 580 I know there are programs out there that will help you get into a house!
