We will settle for nothing less than the "best" for our clients. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Matt has been known to roll up his sleeves and pressure wash driveways, and paint and repair items that our clients are not able to do due to time constraints or health reasons. We work well together because our primary goal is to take care of our clients as if each and every one of them were a close family member. We urge frequent and open communication between our clients and ourselves. We offer frequent feedback and are skilled negotiators for our clients who are selling their home and for our buyer clients who are looking for the perfect home. We are experts in the Atlanta Metro Market (especially Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Hall and Dawson Counties) and keep abreast of changes in the real estate market and the communities in which we work. To us, real estate is a "people business," and we will never let you down. Qualifications: Carolyn has been in the real estate business in one way or another since 1979, both in Miami, Florida and here in the Atlanta Metro area. She started with Results in May of 2001 and has not looked back. Results Realty is a wonderful company with the same commitment to clients that we have.
