Cathy’s real estate career started in 1989 in Lehigh Valley and has been associated with three major companies before joining Keller Williams in March 2004.  She serves mainly West Brandywine Township in Chester County; however, she will go where the client needs to be or service a referral that’s within a reasonable distance.

The move to Keller Williams has been very rewarding to Cathy.  The company’s philosophy and beliefs instills a “win-win” situation for all involved.  The profit sharing and open door policy is very unique to the industry.  Cathy feels it’s a pleasure working with other agents who are truly happy to help each other succeed.

Cathy and her husband John have been married since 1979 and moved to Chester County in 1991.  John has been in sales since 1977.  They have two very spoiled, but loving cats Ryan and Casey.

She has been very active with the American Cancer Society here in Chester County.  Cathy is past president of the board and chaired the Daffodil Committee four years.  She is currently a member of the Western Chester County Chamber.  Cathy is a Rotarian in the Coatesville Club and is a Director on the Board.

Cathy believes education is a vital part of real estate.  She is certified as an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) dealing solely with representing the needs of buyers, has earned the Designation of ASR (Accredited Seller Representation) exceeding the expectations of sellers, holds an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) which addresses the needs of seniors, and has a GREEN Designation.  Cathy has completed several appraisal courses, real estate investment courses, and others to better serve her clients.
