Cathy Wynne

 

Background:

 

Cathy moved to Southwest Florida from Chicago in 1986.  She later earned her degree as a Dental Hygienist in 1991 from Valencia Community College and received her BS in Business Management in 2001 from Hodges University.  Cathy sold Real Estate with JRW since 2005. 

 

Strong Principles

 

Cathy found that the personal relationships built in business help create the strongest building blocks for a mutually beneficial long-term affiliation.  Cathy spent almost 15 years at the same Dental Office in Southwest Florida.  It is through those enduring friendships that she realized success is a delicate balance of education, experience, tenacity and compassion.  With these characteristics you can create trust and understanding in most given situations.  Cathy is a competent, highly motivated, straightforward person who aspires to develop strong long-term relationships with a diverse clientele.  She is committed to excellence.

Southwest Florida is home!  Cathy shows her pride in our area by contributing to the community as a whole.  Throughout the years she played a role in a number of outstanding charities in our area; including but not limited to the American Heart Association, Hodges University Presidents Council, Aussie Rescue and Placement, Hope Hospice, Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.  She also represented the Bonita Board of Realtors as the RPAC Chairman in 2006, 2007 and 2008. 

 

Work Experience

 

Cathy has put her full time efforts into selling Real Estate in Southwest Florida since 2005.  Cathy predominantly works in the Bonita Springs, Estero, and South Fort Myers.  Having lived here almost 26 years, it has been her intention to focus her effort in the luxury golfing community of Pelican Landing and The Colony with strong knowledge of Bonita Bay and The Brooks.

 

Amy Velyvis

 

Background:

 

Hailing from the Cleveland, Ohio area, Amy has lived and sold Real Estate in Southwest Florida for the past 10 years.

 

Strong Principles:

 

Amy’s strong work ethic was instilled in her Midwest Cleveland, Ohio upbringing and further honed while working as an accountant for KPMG and an analyst for Progressive Auto Insurance for 10 years before turning to Real Estate. A Kent State University graduate with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting, Amy has used the her mind for business and the tools and ethics of her experiences in Corporate America to help her customers make informed investing and selling decisions along the way.

 

Work Experience:

 

Amy has specialized in the areas finest luxury golfing and upscale resort style communities in the Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero markets for the main part of the last ten years; specifically Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, The Brooks and the West Bay Club. Having closed over $35,000,000 in sales in these areas, her knowledge of the homes and market is strong.
