Catherine has recently earned the CDPE Designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert), which provided her with the additional education and tools in order to better help homeowners in distressed property situations such as the Short Sale.

Catherine has worked in the real estate industry since the early 1990’s in various capacities, starting as a receptionist with hard money investment company. It there where she first acquired knowledge in loan servicing and the escrow process after being promoted to those departments. In 1993 and 1994, Catherine moved to Chicago Title in Riverside where she worked as escrow secretary in a hectic re-finance unit until the market slowed down. Then in March 1995, she obtained her real estate license with intentions of working in the finance industry. However, as it turned out, she made greater inroads with her mobile notary business. In 2004, her area of specialization expanded to the reverse mortgage product and then in 2006, she made the leap to full time REALTOR.
Since then, Catherine works with several asset management companies listing bank owned properties as well as homeowners looking to short sale their property. Catherine has a rich background in both real estate finance as well as sales supporting buyers and sellers that serves her clients exceptionally well.
