I’m Catherine Emert, a Central Oregon native who grew up in La Pine and has spent my life exploring—and deeply understanding—the communities that make this region unique. My appreciation for Central Oregon’s diversity, growth, and people shapes both my professional approach and my commitment to those who live and invest here.

My real estate career began on the operational side of the industry. I started as a bookkeeper, managing financials for more than 100 homeowners associations across Central Oregon, and later worked in property management as a tenant specialist for a large Bend-based property management company. That foundation gave me a strong understanding of contracts, compliance, budgeting, and the behind-the-scenes details that often determine whether a transaction runs smoothly.

I later served as the Director of Information Technology for the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® and the MLS of Central Oregon, where I supported brokers and staff with real estate technology, data systems, and industry tools. That experience allows me to leverage technology strategically—improving communication, efficiency, and outcomes for my clients.

Today, I’m a Principal Broker with Strategic Realty, LLC, known for clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex real estate transactions. I take a client-first approach, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident from our first conversation through closing—and well beyond.
