I know you have a choice when it comes to choosing a Realtor and that is why I am suggesting to you that when you are ready to choose one, that you ask questions and get answers that you are comfortable with. The questions you should be asking besides how long they have been in the business pertain to just how interested they are in being on top and in the know. I attend the Florida Association of Realtor's conference, I attend the National Association of Realtor's conference. I take classes all the time not only for my continuing education requirements but because I want to have the latest up to date information to give to my customers. I attend my local Board of Realtor seminars and classes and I also belong to a networking group through a local title company. I talk to lenders all the time and I am a recommended Realtor by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation for taking their course on working with the Florida Housing First Time Buyer Program. I have access to the largest MLS system in the State of Florida and I belong to the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. When you are hiring a Realtor you are trusting them to be on the top of their game, and they should be doing as much as I do to stay on top. Ask them if they do what I do-if they don't move on. The strong Realtor's have survived in this market because it is our job not a past time.
I spend my money to help you make the best decision in your selling and buying experience. I have listed and sold real estate for over 6 years in both Florida and Indiana. I prefer Florida for the sunshine. I am a retired RN with many medical sales positions under my belt and moved to Florida after working many years in the pharmaceutical industry.

I love the thrill and challenge of working with the first time home buyers and have taken courses to understand the assistance programs that are available to them.
I also have extensive knowledge in working with new construction and contractors in the custom home business.
I do ask that as a Buyer that you sign an Exclusive Buyer's Agreement with me. That does not obligate you to any cash out of your pocket, but it does obligate you to work with only me honestly and openly as I work with and for only you. I expect the same treatment from my Buyer's as my Buyer's expect from me. I have the knowledge a buyer needs and I work hard for that knowledge.
