I live and work in the Mat-Su Valley (Wasilla/Palmer area) and have since 1984.
I enjoy sharing this beautiful state with others who are here for the very first time "cheechakos" , or with "sourdoughs" who have been here long before statehood. My main focus is in residential properties in Palmer, Wasilla, Big Lake, Sutton, Eagle River, Chugiak, Peters Creek and surrounding areas.
Alaska is my passion, whether kayaking on a crystal blue lake, snowshoeing in the winter, or just enjoying my photography habit. I am blessed to live in an area of spectacular unmatched beauty right outside my front door.

Relocating to Alaska can be very exciting yet very unsettling, especially if it is the first time ever coming to the state. Even though most have relocated in the past, Alaska is farther away from their extended families than they have been before.
