An established Real Estate Broker Carol has a proven track record of success virtually spanning all aspects of Commercial and Residential Real Estate. From condos to hotels, single family homes to businesses, Carol has been helping buyer's and seller's realize there South Florida Real Estate goals since 1995. A second generation Real Estate professional, Carol quickly distinguished herself as an industry leader with record breaking sales her first year in real estate earning her the title "REALTOR Rookie of the Year" from the Realtor's Association of Palm Beach County in 1996. By 2000, Carol had a well established 99% referral based real estate brokerage business comprised of commercial and residential sales and property management.   

A State Certified Residential Appraiser since 2004, after a completing a 2 year real estate appraiser internship, Carol established her own Real Estate Appraisal firm specializing in all types of residential real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews. By mid 2005, Carol was managing an appraisal staff and over 150 clients comprised of the industries top banks, attorneys, mortgage brokers and REO firms such as Wachovia, Chase, Washington Mutual, First American E-Appraisit, Safeguard and REO Brokerage.

A Real Estate Instructor Carol has trained and coached some of the area's top real estate professionals. She has been a key note speaker on the industries hottest topics and uses a real world approach when teaching pre and post licensing courses.
