"I am an experienced photographer with a professional SLR camera, but when it came to taking the photos for our real estate listing I found that I needed a wide angle lens in order to do justice to the smaller rooms in our home. Since I am used to being the photographer for our family, it was with some reluctance that we decided to use a professional real estate photographer to showcase our home properly. Jayna Wall of Carolina Real Estate Solutions came to our home and did a thorough job of photographing our home, taking many photographs from many different angles throughout the house. She also drove through the community to photograph points of interest to potential buyers, such as parks, the community pool and the lake. We were impressed with her foresight as it hadn’t occurred to us to take those photographs and we didn’t request them of her. I am super picky about photographs because of my own experience in the area, and I was prepared to be underwhelmed. The results were fantastic. Each room was shown from a flattering angle, even the smaller rooms in our home. She is prompt and professional, and we will not hesitate to refer others to her for real estate photography.
