Kristy is a dedicated and passionate entrepreneur who has a passion for the design & real estate industry. Originally coming from the Veterinary field she felt she was not being challenged enough so she decided to go back to school for her other strong passion...Decorating this passion festered after the purchase of her first house at the age of 23. Kristy loves real estate so much so that she is on to her 3rd house at the age of 26. She has a passion for sprucing up a house and staging it to sell. She wants to share her skills with the public. She graduated from Quality Course Design School as an official ISRP (International Staging and Redesign Professional). She also attended the PCC (Professional Colour Consulting workshop) and IOP (International Organizing Professional workshop) in Toronto.

Kristy is always furthering her education by attending seminars that are held within the Ottawa area. As a graduate of such programs, Kristy was able to become affiliated with some of the leading staging and design companies such as the RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). Kristy, along with her staff, are determined to get the job done in a timely and professional manner.

Kristy's company Capital Home Staging & Design is the only home staging / Decorating company to have ever been nominated and win the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Market Place Ethics. As well as in 2009 Capital Home was the only Canadian company nominated for the 2009 Real Estate Staging Association Rookie Stager of the Year.
