I am a Second Generation Broker and have been selling Real Estate in Cape May for nearly 10 years. Prior to Real Estate I was a Retail Manager with the Gap were I interened in their natinall recogonized management development program; during which time I was also attending St, Josheph's University in Philadelphia PA. With the Gap I managed smaller neighborhood stores to the larger flagship stores, and I was instrumental in opening the Franklim Mills Outlet store. The experience and management skills that I learned in the years I was with the Gap have helped me become one of the top producing Real Estate Agents in Cape May County. There is more to being a Real Etate Professional then just showing homes, it take a person who listens well, is proactive in identifing the clients needs, timely follow-up, and of course knowledge of the Real Estate market, all traits that I possess.
As a life long resident and second generation Full Time Realtor I have extensive knowledge of the area and a frim grip on the market and it's trends. Because I live in Cape May and have been around Real Estate nearly all my life I have more to offer my clients then most agents, in knowledge, experience and identifing the trends in the market. I have experienced the many different changes in the market as well as the changes in the needs of buyers and sellers.
