I have been selling real estate on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for 5 years and enjoy working for both buyers and sellers.  Prior to selling real estate here, I assisted my husband, a licensed building contractor in the state of Virginia, in selling homes that he built.  During that time, I worked for Western Union, then AT&T, IBM, and Price Waterhouse Coopers as a computer programmer and system administrator.  I love selling real estate because I get the opportunity to work with and meet so many different people.

I sell investment property, second homes, and primary homes in this resort community that has grown from a fairly small off-season community to home to many retirees and full-time residents that love being so close to the water, and in a climate that is fairly mild in the winter and has cooling breezes off the water in the summer.  I am knowledgeable about what investors are looking for as well as what localities offer in amenities.  I also know what areas appeal to second home buyers as well as primary home buyers.
