Hello All,
My name is Charmaine Graham I am a partner at Homewise Solutions. We provide education and opportunity for everyone to own a home in this economy. We connect buyers with brand new homes under a lease purchase agreement. We offer credit repair and restoration, budget counseling and new home maintenance education. We have a unique program that everyone can benefit from.
I have been investing in real estate for about 10 years. I was born in Kingston, Jamaica and migrated to Brooklyn, New York when I was four years old (the culture shock was incredible for a four year old). I became interested in real estate probably in my late twenties. Like any other real estate investor, I started going to real estate seminars and became an expert at atending seminars. I finally took the plunge and bought some property with my mom. I managed them for her and said to myself, this can't be what real estate investing is all about, being a landlord.

Our main area of expertise is education. We provide comprehensive education on credit repair. We believe you cannot put someone in a brand new home and then leave them to do the guesswork. We hold our client's hands throughout the entire process. They are assigned their own account manager who will take them step by step through the process from beginning to end. We are not successful unless we get our clients into a home.
