I have been in the real estate business since 1997. I started out as a loan officer for PHH in Mt. Laurel, NJ. I originated mortgage loans up until 2002, the year I got my real estate license. I am currently a CCIM (Commercial Certified Investment Member) candidate and I will be taking the CCIM102 course this year.
What sets me apart from my competition is my expertise and my willingness to get the job done. I have been in this business for 15 years and have seen a lot of things in my young career. I also work with a team of professionals that I have been wokring with for almost 10 years.
My specific area of expertise is working with first-time home buyers and first time real estate investors. My areas of choice are Newark, East Orange and Irvington but I work in all 23 counties of NJ. Some of these areas are considered high-risk but I have lived and worked in these areas my entire life.
My network of other agents, mortgage companies, insurance companies, construction managers, appraisers, investors, title companies, lawyers and the like make every transaction as smooth as ice!
