Get to Know Jaimee Brosko-Smith
My name is Jaimee Brosko-Smith and I have been with Century 21 Absolute Realty since early 2004. During my time with the company I have become one of the top agents and have received numerous awards including an Emerald award through C21 corporate in 2007 and also was recognized through Absolute Realty as the top Realtor for the first six months of 2008. I am one of the youngest Realtors in my office and specialize in working with first time buyers. I have my ABR designation and try to continue to educate myself in the ever changing market. I teach numerous classes to first time buyers through programs in Delaware county. I am also very active in my church and my community. My area's of specialty include working with first time buyers, internet marketing, and teaching classes to potential homeowners. Again I love working with first time buyers because I love the appreciation you get when you help someone achieve their goal of home-ownership. I take pride in being honest and supportive to these fragile buyers. I also believe that internet marketing is the wave of the future. Whether it be marketing yourself to buyers or your listings for your seller clients we are in a new era and agents need to make their presence known on the web. I have numerous websites and also work with companies such as House Values and have had much success in this area. Last I love to teach potential buyers. In my previous line of work I was required to speak in front of large crowds with confidence and be able to convey a clear point so this works well when teaching people how to achieve home-ownership.
