Our loan programs are asset based with the "whole picture" being considered.  Loans from $250,000 to no maximum. LTV's, rates and terms are based on the parameters of each individual loan. Conventional rate range is 5.5% -8%, 20-25 year amortization, 10-20 year fixed, low prepay. Hard Money 7 - 16%,  1-10 years , 1-3 years for Bridge Loans, interest only, can close in 2 weeks depending on the timing of receiving requested data. We also offer Equity Partnerships which are ideal for underfinanced projects

GAS STATIONS, TRUCK STOPS AND CAR WASHES

Purchase, Refinance, Cash-out Refinance, Construction loans from $500,000 and up, with or without property, min score 650, 75%-90% LTV, 65-80% LTC for Construction, 5.5% - 7.5% rate range, 10-20 year fixed, 20-25 year amortization, 2 years minimum experience required for owner operated, investment class reviewed on a per loan basis.
