I have advanced training in many areas of the real estate market. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and I would be glad to assist you with your needs in that market. I work with many "move up" buyers and sellers. These folks typically have a house to sell and would like to buy a larger home or move to a different location in town because their family needs have changed. I also work with many 1st time homebuyers and spend the time with them to explain the homebuying process and provide answers for any of the questions they may have.
Also, in these trying times, I have advanced training (Certified Distressed Property Expert) in assisting people that are in the foreclosure market, either selling to get out from under the house or looking to buy a bank owned or pre-foreclosure property as an investor or to owner-occupy.

Prior to working full-time as a Realtor, I worked for Pfizer Global Research and Development in New London. While at Pfizer I had an opportunity to work with top level executives, some of who were relocating their families to this area. This gave me a great understanding of how difficult this decision was for families and the many ways that I could assist them in this process.
