I specialize in First Time Homebuyers because I am patient and make sure they understand the process from beginning to end ... no surprises. I don't mind showing buyers many houses before they choose their home, because it's good to know everything that's available before commiting to such a major purchase. Moreover, I have a knack for matching my buyers with their dream home. It's just something that comes with experience and really, truly listening to the client to learn their wants and needs.
I am licensed and active in PA and MD, so sellers get more bang for their buck with me. Advertising efforts are doubled as I market in both states, on both MLS systems, and an additional 82+ other websites both locally and nationally.
