·Assist you in determining the amount that you  can afford through the
preapproval process.

·Assist in viewing properties - accompany the buyer on the showings, or preview
the properties on behalf of the buyer to insure that the identified specifications
are met.

·Advise the buyer on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected
property including a review of market data and comparable sales. We do the
reasearch to make sure you are geeting a good deal!

·Present the offer to the seller's agent and the seller on behalf of the buyers.
Negotiate on behalf of the buyer to secure the identified property at the best
possible price and terms - keeping the buyer's best interests above all others.

·Follow-up with sellers and attorneys before closing date.

·Provide a list of potential qualified vendors (e.g. lenders, movers, attorneys,
inspectors, etc.) if these services are needed.
